A news has been circulated that w.e.f 1 june 2018 GST will applicable of farmers of agriculturists and they have to pay GST @18% on leasing and renting of agriculture land for which clarification has been issued by department to give answers of following queries:
1) Is GST applicable of Farmers (क्या किसानो को GST नंबर लेना है ?)
2) What is GSR rate on Agriculture or Agriculture land? (कृषि पर GST Rate क्या है ?)
3) GST on Leasing and renting of Agriculture land (agriculture land को rent or lease करने पर क्या GST लगेगा ?)
